How is the Arts Directory effective?
  • Present your expertise and experience in a high quality, education-friendly format
  • Artists and arts organisations are searchable according to target groups, art forms, curriculum level or area
  • We undertake regular marketing activity with schools, education and youth services to ensure the directory is the first port of call for those seeking arts partnerships
  • Choose a unique web address for your arts directory profile
  • Your profile is visible via search engines
Who should register?

The Arts Directory is for any artist, arts or cultural organisation that has experience and expertise in working with children and young people. The directory is open to arts and cultural professionals practicing in any art form.

Arts Education consultants may prefer to register with our Consultants Directory

What will you need to provide?
  1. Details of your work, including information on previous education projects and your professional practice
  2. CRB disclosure within the past three years: individual artists will need to provide a copy of this; arts and cultural organisations will need to confirm that staff working with children and young people hold appropriate level CRB disclosure. Our sister service LONSAS is a CRB Umbrella Body and can process CRB disclosure checks for arts education professionals in the West Midlands.
  3. We recommend that you add references from schools or project organisers that you have worked with
